HCG - Making Sushi

In today's subject Hospitality and Catering we had the opportunity to make sushi with the method below on the right. On the left we revised and answered 4 questions that we learnt throughout the sushi making process. We also learnt about different type of bacteria in food, food hygiene and safety. This presentation contains an image of the sushi nori we created from today. Hope you enjoy!!
